To identify which case fits your device, on the device, please go to Utilities Folder > Settings App > General > About. Please provide the Model Name and Serial Number below.

The protective case for your current QuickTalker Freestyle is unavailable at this time. A replacement device with a new case will be shipped.
- That my current device will be deactivated approximately 21 days after I submit my request.
- That I am responsible for backing up my speech app and re-importing my backup to the new device.
- That no data from the original device will transfer to the replacement device unless I move it to the new device.

Dedicated QuickTalker Freestyle Apple Account
An Apple Account dedicated to your QuickTalker Freestyle is now required to reload the speech app to your device. Please have the parent or caregiver of the device user create an Apple Account that will only be used with the QuickTalker Freestyle before submitting your warranty request.

If you previously received a warranty replacement device that included a tempered glass screen protector and only the tempered glass screen protector is broken (your device screen remains intact), you may carefully remove the tempered glass screen protector and request a new screen protector by going to https://forms2.ablenetinc.com/form-6968351/tempered-glass-replacement-order.
If your screen is unresponsive to touch, verify that Guided Access is not enabled before completing your warranty request. To learn how to exit Guided Access to restore full access to your screen, go to https://support.ablenetinc.com/quicktalker-freestyle/troubleshooting-guided-access/.
Before completing your request, verify there is no debris in your charging port keeping the charging cable from inserting properly.
